Yes. Accessing the site or opening an account constitutes acceptance of the terms in force at that time. Access itself is only lawful where local law in your region permits it, and these terms do not override local law.

Email [email protected] with your registered account ID and the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will compile and send your data copy within fifteen business days of verifying your identity.

You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time. Data we are required to keep under financial regulations — such as UPI or Paytm transaction records — cannot be deleted until the mandatory retention period ends.

Closing your account stops new data collection, but transaction history and identity verification records are retained for the legally required period. After that period, all data is securely deleted within thirty days.
