Frequently Asked Questions About These Terms

Below are the questions we receive most often about how these Terms apply to your account. Each answer reflects the current version of the Terms, and we update this section whenever a material clause changes.

These Terms apply to your account wherever local law permits you to access annalottery. If local law in your region restricts access, you are not entitled to open or continue using an account, and any existing account may be suspended.

We send a notification to your registered email address before any material change takes effect. The revised Terms will also carry a new effective date at the top of this page so you can identify exactly what changed and when.

Yes. Request account closure through the Help Centre or by emailing support. Once closed, we delete or anonymise your personal data after the legally required retention period expires, and we confirm deletion in writing to your email.

Any funds already received into your wallet before suspension remain accessible for withdrawal to the original UPI or Paytm source. Transactions initiated after the suspension point are reversed and refunded to your payment method within the standard clearing window.

Email our support team with your account number, a description of the decision you are disputing, and any supporting evidence. We acknowledge within 48 hours and issue a written resolution within 14 calendar days of receiving your complete submission.

No. These Terms cover your contractual relationship with annalottery — account rules, payment obligations, and access conditions. The Privacy Policy is a separate document that explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data under applicable law.

The governing law is specified during account registration based on your declared location. Where local law permits access, that jurisdiction's courts hold authority. Disputes are first directed to our internal resolution process before any external legal route is considered.
